  1. How do I set up an account with E-Z Parking?

    Click here to create your monthly parking account online, or click here to purchase a special event parking space.  If you’re having problems with our online system, you don’t have access to a computer or you prefer to sign up for parking offline, please contact us at 704-376-5559 or at info@e-zparking.net to talk to a member of our administrative team who is eager to assist you.

  2. How do I update my account or change my lot assignment?

    Click here to update your monthly parking account or change your lot assignment online.   If you’re having problems with our online system, don’t have access to a computer or prefer to update your account offline, please contact us at 704-376-5559, or at info@e-zparking.net to talk to a member of our administrative team who is eager to assist you.

  3. How do I obtain a replacement decal or permit for parking?

    If you lose your decal or permit please contact the E-Z Parking offices at 704-376-5559 or at info@e-zparking.net to request a replacement. There will be a $20 fee associated with the replacement of all decals and permits.

  4. How do I obtain a replacement access card for parking?

    If you lose your access card please contact the E-Z Parking offices at 704-376-5559 or at info@e-zparking.net to request a replacement. Replacements access cards cost $30 each.

  5. What do I do if my assigned lot is full and I am not able to park?

    If you are unable to find parking in your assigned location, please contact the E-Z Parking offices immediately at 704-376-5559 or at info@e-zparking.net so a lot manager can assist you.

  6. May I use my parking permit at other E-Z Parking lots or garages?

    You may only use your E-Z Parking permit for the space that you were assigned. E-Z Parking permits may not be used at other locations or at special event lots.

  7. How do I cancel my parking?

    To cancel your parking space or account, simply contact the E-Z Parking offices at 704-376-5559 or at info@e-zparking.net. All cancellations are made effective at the end of the month.

  8. Is there an NSF fee for returned checks?

    Yes, E-Z Parking does charge a $25 fee for all returned checks due to non-sufficient funds or closed bank accounts. If you wish to change your payment account, click here or contact E-Z Parking at 704-376-5559 or at info@e-zparking.net, and we will assist you in changing your account information.

  9. How do I find a specific parking lot or garage?

    E-Z Parking has simplified this process by implementing a new E-Z Parking Locator, which you can access by clicking here.

  10. Can I pay my bill online?

    Yes, you can pay for your monthly or special event parking by clicking here.
